Starting from reality
A site, an architecture, a brand or a heritage already carries forms, signs, constraints and possibilities. The project draws on this existing matter, on what it immediately reveals as much as on what it contains more discreetly. This attention to context makes it possible to build situated responses. For a place, it means understanding its history, flows, access, uses, spatial qualities, technical constraints and relationship to the environment. For a brand or an institution, it leads to an exploration of its codes, narratives, archives, gestures, audiences and ambitions. Context becomes an active material, able to guide choices, anchor the project and give it its singularity.

Turning a story into contemporary matter
A story, a collection, archives or know-how can become the foundations of a contemporary expression. IGRA supports brands and institutions in creating this connection between heritage and creation. This work may involve archival research, the narration of know-how, the curation of artworks, collaboration with artists, or the design of an exhibition, an event or a place open to the public. Heritage then ceases to be fixed. It becomes a living resource, able to nourish a contemporary presence, affirm an identity and place a venue, a brand or an institution within today’s imagination.

Bringing an idea spatial presence
Architecture and event scenography belong to different temporalities, but share the same way of thinking about space. One supports uses over time, the other acts within the intensity of a moment. Both organise a relationship between audiences, materials, images, contents and narratives. An exhibition, an installation or a hospitality venue creates conditions of perception. They influence a way of moving, understanding, feeling and remembering. IGRA works with paths, sequences and rhythms. The project thus becomes a constructed experience, at once legible, sensitive and memorable.

Giving the project its rightful presence
IGRA conceives the architecture and visual expression of a project as part of the same movement. Volumes, circulations, materials, light, furniture and graphic design all contribute to an overall perception. Graphic identity and art direction take part in the spatial experience and contribute to the coherence of the place, the journey and the narrative. The agency seeks a rightful form: strong enough to be identifiable, precise enough to serve uses and to welcome the life of the project.

Composing with what exists
Materials, fabrication methods, dismantling and future uses are considered from the earliest orientations of the project.
This attention engages a precise way of building. It invites us to start from what already exists, to limit unnecessary effects, to choose appropriate materials, to favour legible assemblies and to design systems capable of evolving. Respect for living systems, biodiversity and the specific qualities of each site is part of this requirement. A project is not defined only by what it produces, but also by the way it becomes part of a place, an environment and a duration.

Holding the concept through to realisation
The coherence of a project is shaped as much through its conception as through its implementation. IGRA supports this continuity through dialogue with clients, artists, partners, engineering consultants, fabricators and technical teams.
Timelines, budgets, materials, safety, fabrication, assembly, operation and quality of execution are integral to the project. These constraints do not limit the initial intention; they refine it and allow it to find a concrete form. A project fully exists when it finds its rightful presence in a place, with an audience, through uses and over time.

Wladimir de Lantivy — Founder
An interior architect, designer and scenographer, Wladimir de Lantivy graduated from École Camondo. He designs interiors, exhibitions, and cultural and event-based installations. His practice combines project development with teaching the history of design and architecture, alongside collaborations with institutional, cultural, and private-sector partners. In 2022, he founded IGRA, a multidisciplinary studio supporting venues, institutions, and brands in translating programmes, identities, and narratives into cohesive contemporary spatial experiences.
Romain Mouscadet
Trained at Sciences Po Lille and École Camondo, Romain has developed a scenographic practice over the past fifteen years centred on the staging of imagined worlds. After beginning his career as a production designer in luxury advertising, he founded the Parpaing collective, through which he creates immersive experiences for live performances and major music events. At IGRA, he develops narrative environments for exhibitions, fashion shows, and cultural projects, bringing heritage, contemporary creation, and popular culture into dialogue.
Romain Villiers-Moriamé
Trained in design and creative practice in Paris, and later at Central Saint Martins in London, Romain has spent more than fifteen years developing an approach focused on showcasing heritage and exceptional craftsmanship. After working with leading fashion and luxury houses, he joined IGRA, where he designs experiences, scenographies, and cultural installations. His work explores how the identities of brands and institutions can be conveyed through their objects, craftsmanship, and the narratives that connect them across time.
Cécile Maingot
A graduate of École des Arts Décoratifs de Paris — PSL, Cécile has worked as a graphic designer since 2015. She supports artists, galleries, cultural institutions, and brands in the development of visual identities, publications, wayfinding systems, and websites. In 2025, she furthered her training by completing the postgraduate programme in Architecture and Scenography at ENSA Paris-Belleville. Experienced in projects spanning contemporary creation and heritage, she pays particular attention to the narrative construction and their translation into visual and spatial forms.
Paolo Rossetto
A graduate in architecture from Kingston School of Art in London, Paolo Rossetto has built his career across Singapore, Dubai, and Mexico. His experience in architecture and design has shaped a rigorous approach to space, from urban planning to furniture detailing. At IGRA, he leads the technical development of projects, from 3D modelling to the optimisation of production processes. He helps translate scenographic concepts into operational solutions, ensuring consistency, precision, and efficiency throughout.
